Brief

To create a French provincial inspired front garden for street appeal with natural elements of stone, timber and aging mild steel.

Solution

We brought together elements of stone and mild steel with a custom-made letterbox, built a matching stone retaining wall and a bespoke archway which leads into a seating area.

The circular Rosemary border will eventually create a private seating area accessed through the Cypress timber & mild steel archway and is screened from the afternoon sun with copses of Betula pendula (Silver Birch) trees.

The benched seating area leads up to other parts of the garden via a series of mild steel circular terracing dressed up with rustic pots, with drought tolerant native and mediterranean plants.
